I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how reassuring and refreshing it was to experience your GREAT customer service. All too often now days it seems that when improvements are implemented, I usually am surprised and confused because there was insufficient notice of what was going to happen. However, with your server upgrades, you did an excellent job of alerting me what was going to happen, and then, best of all, your e-mails of the progress of the changes convinced me that you are sincerely interested in keeping me informed and satisfied.
