What email server package do you use? We use IMail 7.0x from ipSwitch, Inc.

Can I send email through your SMTP server? Yes, we do require SMTP authentication to prevent the SMTP server from being hijacked.
I like to use IMAP4 and store my messages on your server. Is this a problem? Not at all, we fully support IMAP4 and the storage of your email messages. However, if you require large amounts of disk space to store your e-mail, we will ask you to purchase additional disk space.

Am I responsible for billing my customers? Yes. You are responsible for billing your customers. You can charge them at any time for any price that you choose.
Do I have to provide technical support to my customers? We expect our resellers to act as a first line of technical support. However, if one of your customers comes to you with a problem you can’t answer/solve, then we will gladly provide you with assistance.
Does each resold account come with it’s own control panel to setup DSNs, email, view stats, etc.? Yes, the same control panel is available to each of your customers, minus the links back to our site. In the future, we will be adding a comprehensive, unbranded support section to the control panel that your customers will be able to utilize.
Can I setup new accounts in real time, or do I have to wait for you to set them up for me? We give our resellers access to a special reseller control panel that allows you to setup new accounts in real time!

ColdFusion Questions

What version of ColdFusion are you running? ColdFusion Enterprise 5.x
What ColdFusion tags do you disable? We disable CFEXEC and CDADMINSECURITY tags only. Other tags are subject to being disabled if we detect abuse of those tags.
Can I have custom ColdFusion tags installed on the server? Yes, as long as we don’t determine your tag to be a security threat.

Database / SQL Questions

Is the price for MS SQL Server space for the actual database, or do I have to pay for the log space additionally? You need to pay for the space used by the database and the log files.
Can I have more than one SQL database with a single account? Yes - remember that a setup fee applies for each database you want to setup.
Can I connect remotely to your SQL server using Enterprise Manager? Yes, if you need detailed instructions on configuring Enterprise Manager, please contact support@je2000.com
I already have a SQL database setup on my local SQL server that I would like to use. How can I get it to your SQL Server? To initially get your database up and running, you could send us a backup of your local SQL database and we could “restore” that into the database we setup for you. You could also use DTS or a bulk copy procedure.
What version SQL are you running? We are currently running SQL 7 and plan on upgrading to SQL 2000 by March 31, 2002.
What is your SQL server specifications? Dual PIII 866 MHz, 512 MB of RAM, 2 X 45 GB system drives (Hardware mirroring for redundancy), 3 X 18 GB 10,000 RPM Ultra160 SCSI Drives (Hardware RAID5 for redundancy and performance), 10/100 NIC

Do you give great customer support and service? We certainly do. Our number one priority is to serve you in the best way possible in a reasonable amount of time. We offer 24/7/365 days of live support with response times under twelve hours and an average of 21.9 minutes. We provide many ways to contact us: toll-free phone, email, toll-free fax, icq, and aim. Furthermore, we are on call 24/7 via alphanumeric page. For an emergency situation please fill out our emergency contact form.
Are your servers reliable? Our servers are extremely reliable. We only use commercial level servers from known server vendors such as Dell and RackSaver. We monitor every Internet related service on our servers all the time. Technicians are paged immediately if an outage is detected.
What is your turn around time on emailed questions or voicemail messages? We attempt to maintain a 30 minute SLA on emailed inquiries and voicemail messages during normal business hours. All support inquires are responded to within 12 hours with an average of 21.9 minutes response time.
